This retreat starts at 4.30pm on Wednesday afternoon with five days of treatments and relaxation to detox your body, mind and spirit, finishing after lunch on Monday (subject to additional treatments).

** It is advised that anyone with any neck or back problems only use the Toning Plate for a minimal amount of time; we would advise that they limit use of toning plate to 5 minutes per day or just use the Chi Machine twice per day instead.
