How to detox: our speciality! Sometimes in life a helping hand is all we need. Some people may never have enjoyed optimum health or made it a priority. You may have just put on a few pounds and need to regain control of or totally review your eating habits. We offer our expertise to help you gain awareness, manage your weight and regain your vitality.
Our inch and weight loss programme is built on our experience of many years of juice cleansing but with added specialist treatments to include body wraps and massages that specifically target toxins that slow down your metabolism and create a sluggish body. We introduce new ideas with a formulated eating programme that you will find easy to manage. Our wonderful team can help you through with their knowledge and caring, nurturing support. All the therapists are highly skilled in the understanding of detox programmes and address each individual’s needs.
This retreat starts on Wednesday at 4.30pm with a detox soup, herbal supplements and a good night’s rest and finishes after lunch on Monday (depending on additional treatments) with lots of new information to keep you on track.
On your first day you will have a one-to-one consultation during which you will be weighed, measured, have your BMI calculated and blood pressure and blood sugar levels checked. We can also if requested check your cholesterol levels.

** It is advised that anyone with any neck or back problems only use the Toning Plate for a minimal amount of time; we would advise that they limit use of toning plate to 5 minutes per day or just use the Chi Machine twice per day instead.
