* Three Colonic Hydrotherapy Sessions are normally given, however, the therapist may recommend that this is not advisable. In this case any outstanding colonics will be replaced with a Specialist Colon Massage.
** It is advised that anyone with any neck or back problems only uses the Toning Plate for specific exercises; we would advise that they limit use of toning plate and use Chi Machine instead.
