A cleansing programme for people who are serious about their health challenges. This is a highly recommended programme for those who are looking for a kick start or maintenance. If you pre prepare it can bring optimum results for bloating, any digestive problems like constipation, I.B.S and headaches. Our Detox Juice Experience can help you start a cleansing process that can be continued when you leave.
THE EMPHASIS OF THIS RETREAT IS THE ELIMINATION OF TOXINS THROUGH TREATMENTS, FRESH JUICES AND HERBAL SUPPLEMENTS.
A Kick-start, to a healthier lifestyle.
Arriving from 4.00pm on Friday you will be given time to settle into your room before starting with your first supplements at 4.30pm, this is followed by 2 full days of treatments finishing at around 5.30pm on Sunday.

- 2 Colonic Hydrotherapy treatments*

- Freshly prepared fruit and vegetable juices, specialised detox soups and potassium broth
- Caffeine free detox teas, freshly made herbal teas, mineral water
- Meditation and relaxation sessions
- One hour guided country walk, subject to weather conditions
* Two Colonic Hydrotherapy Sessions are normally given, however the therapist may recommend only one session is possible at that time, in which case the second colonic will be replaced with a specialist colonic massage.
** It is advised that anyone with any neck or back problems only use the Toning Plate for a minimal amount of time; we would advise that they limit use of toning plate to 10 minutes per day in two five minute sessions and use Chi Machine twice per day instead.
There are also two early check-in options for those of you who would like to make the most of your stay and optimise your detox.
Option 1
Arriving at 12.30pm, you can settle into your room and then enjoy a delicious, homemade detox soup, before having your choice of a one hour Thai Foot Massage or Back Neck & Shoulder Massage during the afternoon. In addition to this you will also start your detox early with a mid afternoon juice together with extra herbal supplements, bentonite clay and psyllium husk, at a cost of £65.00 per person.
Option 2
Arriving at 3.00pm and then having the choice of a 1 hour, Thai Foot Massage or Back Neck & Shoulder Massage, at a cost of £50.00 per person.
Extra Night
Finish your detox on Monday morning, leaving after breakfast at 9am. This extension includes: late afternoon juice, a light detox soup for supper and fresh fruit for breakfast at a cost of £70.00 per person.
