The benefits of a day’s juicing provides your body with all of the natural vitamins and minerals which are sometimes depleated by the stressful lives that we lead. Cleansing for a day puts your mind and body back on top form.
If the answer to either of those is yes, the One Day Detox is the ideal programme for you. You will sample our detox treatments, freshly prepared juices, and most of all relax in a beautiful environment.
Arriving at 9am ready for the first supplements at 9.30am, you will then spend the day relaxing in-between treatments, reading a book or just taking it easy in the peace and tranquillity of our beautiful country house with its extensive grounds. The day finishes at approximately 5.30pm dependant on treatment times.

If you would like to extend your stay, it is possible to add a night’s accommodation the night before, or after, for the special price of £90.00 per person per night including additional juices, broth and fresh fruit and juices for breakfast.
