The Simply Healing Weekend Juice Detox Plan ©
The emphasis of this retreat is the elimination of toxins through treatments, fresh juices and herbal supplements.
Your weekend retreat is a time to relax, focus on you, and take yourself away from the stresses and strains of everyday life. Indulge in all the care and support that Simply Healing offers you while ridding your body of those old toxins that create tiredness, bloating, ongoing ailments, IBS and digestive problems.
Based on the principles of our Essentials Plan we have included the essential treatments which you can then build on by adding additional money saving bundles to tailor your weekend and create the retreat that you would like.
So afford yourself the time to rejuvenate. This weekend is power packed with antioxidant juices, detox formulas and herbal combinations that will help you to kick start a new regime or maintain your already healthy lifestyle.
Arriving between 4.30 – 5.30pm Friday, you will be given time to settle into your room before starting with your first supplements shortly after you arrive. Departing between 4.30 – 5.30pm on Sunday.
Included in your programme
- 1 Colonic Hydrotherapy
- 1 Full Body Salt Scrub (30 minutes)
- 1 Deluxe Detox Foot Treatment
- (stimulating lotions and potions that draw toxins from
- your feet including a foot massage - bliss!)
- Chi Machine Use of Toning Plate**
- Colon Cleansing Supplements and Colon Support Herbs
- Bentonite Clay & Psyllium Husk (3 times a day)
- Freshly prepared fruit and vegetable juices (5 times a day),
- specialist freshly made detox soups and potassium broth
- Caffeine free detox teas, freshly made herbal teas, mineral water
- Meditation and relaxation sessionss
- One hour guided country walk, subject to weather conditions
** It is advised that anyone with any neck or back problems only use the Toning Plate for a minimal amount of time; we would advise that they limit use of toning plate to 5 minutes per day or just use the Chi Machine twice per day instead.
Option 1
Arriving between 1.30 - 2pm, you can settle into your room before having your one hour Back Neck & Shoulder Massage during the afternoon at a cost of £70.00 per person.
The weekend plan features a bundle that allows clients to book the early arrival and add colonics to their stay.
Extra Night Finish your detox on Monday morning, leaving after breakfast at 9am. This extension includes: late afternoon juice, a light detox soup for supper and fresh fruit for breakfast at a cost of £90.00 per person.
