Our weight loss programme is built on our experience of our many years of Juice Cleansing. Based on our tried and tested Ultimate Juice Detox but with added specialised treatments to include body wraps that specifically target inch and weight loss. Gain an insight to yourself with Hypnotherapy that can help you break old habits and learn portion control. We offer new ideas with a formulated eating programme that you will find easy to manage. Our wonderful team can help you through with their knowledge and caring, nurturing, support. All the therapists are highly skilled in the understanding of Detox programmes and approach each individual’s needs.
This retreat starts on Wednesday at 4.30pm with a Detox Soup, Herbal supplements and a good nights rest and finishes after lunch on Monday with lots of new information to keep you on track.

- Bentonite Clay and Psyllium Husk
- 5 nights 5★ accommodation (most rooms en suite or with private bathrooms) in a beautiful country house

* Three Colonic Hydrotherapy Sessions are normally given, however, the therapist may recommend that this is not advisable. In this case any outstanding colonics will be replaced with a Specialist Colon Massage.
** It is advised that anyone with any neck or back problems only use the Toning Plate for a minimal amount of time; we would advise that they limit use of toning plate to 10 minutes per day in two five minute sessions and use Chi Machine twice per day instead.
