Thai Massage has many benefits. Gentle muscle stretching, improves posture, joint mobility, higher energy levels and so much more. Thai massage has a vast array of techniques and the therapist works in a light meditative state, using their hands, feet, legs, knees and elbows to free the tension held within the body.
