We are blessed that so many wonderful people came to detox and share amazing experiences with us this summer. Here are just a few of the lovely comments left in our testimonials book over August:

From many years of experience, both here in the UK and worldwide, I am always happy to help people get the results that they are looking for. And this summer has been no exception. We’ve had people from Greece, Spain, Italy, France, America, Canada, Israel at Simply Healing, all with one aim: to clean up. My philosophy is a clean body creates a clean mind, and a clean mind creates a clean body. And we know that our guests all go away with insight into how to maintain their vitality and energy and that positive feel-good factor.

One thing about us here at Simply Healing is that we never sit still. Not that we’re averse to relaxing, of course, but we’re always moving forward with new ideas to help make Simply Healing even more special. For this reason, the girls have been on an intensive training course for the last three months, so that we can offer sacral massage. Sacral massage benefits women with endometriosis, polycystic ovaries, tilted uterus and lower back pain and the results are often phenomenal.

With sacral massage, it’s all about hormones! It’s about balancing the body, which in turn helps you stay balanced emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. Being balanced isn’t about control, it’s about equilibrium and the huge benefits of knowing how to take care of yourself. The programmes that we will be introducing within the next six months embrace all aspects of achieving optimum health, so, hormones, we’re after you!

Now autumn is around the corner, our early evening woodland walks will become a rarity because it will be too dark, unless of course we have miners lamp on our heads and we take our torches… Luckily, though, as the nights draw in you will always find a warm welcome by our log fires.

Enjoy autumn’s golden sunlight,

Vivien
