Our 12 detox plan is specifically aimed at those of you who have a serious desire to reduce weight and who have struggled in the past with fluctuating weight gain and loss and are looking for a way forward to regaining a natural balance. By encouraging you to change old habits and giving you new ideas, we can help you, through detox and support toward formulating a healthy eating plan to give you back control.

This Retreat is for people looking to really boost a significant weight loss, or who feel that they have food cravings that are contributing to stubborn weight gain.

Colon Cleansing and Support Herbal Supplements, together with Psyllium Husk and Bentonite Clay.
Five Freshly Prepared Fruit and Vegetable Juices throughout the day.
