This place is amazing! It is my 4th time here and each time I fall in love with it more and more. I arrive feeling rubbish and leave feeling like a huge weight has been lifted from me (which according to scales, it has!) Vivien, Kate and the whole team make you feel welcome, the quality of the treatments is superb and the delicious juices and evening soup are perfectly balanced so that you never feel too hungry but feel clearer and brighter every day. The grounds are so peaceful to relax in and they now have an outdoor pool for wild swimming too. Honestly this place is fabulous!
